Innovations allow Tohatsu to introduce new 4-stroke outboard gasoline engines with direct injection systems. One of the lightest (46.2 kg) Tohatsu MFS20EEP engines offers excellent torque and high speed, significantly reducing the time it takes to reach your desired location. The Tohatsu MFS20EEP engine with a direct injection system is much easier to start, runs faster, uses less fuel, and is quieter than carburetor engines of the same power.

A 20 hp engine weighing only 46.2 kg. The Tohatsu MFS20EEP engine offers a choice of leg length - S/L.

Fuel water separator A high-quality

A high-quality fuel/water separator is included in all Tohatsu EFI models – 9.9 hp, 15 hp, and 20 hp. The separator prevents water from entering the fuel system, ensuring reliable operation even in wet conditions. The fuel/water separator is made of durable stainless steel and is easy to clean.

Engine parking center

The engine center has been shifted by 30 mm compared to the older model. This shift is necessary to make it easier to tilt the machine manually. The tilting weight has been reduced by 26% compared to the older model. The engine is equipped with a new, more powerful 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine. The engine has been redesigned to reduce noise and vibration.
